Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Pre-order items may require additional processing time and can take up to 30 business days before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

USA & Europe: 7–20 business days
Japan & South Korea: 6–12 business days
Other regions: 7–15 business days

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the items separately when possible. In-stock items may be shipped first, while pre-order items will be shipped once they are ready.
